Development and components manufacture

palamides assembles the machines in their own assembly workshop. The necessary parts for this are supplied by specialist parts finishers from the surrounding area.

Production organisation

palamides' machines are engineered to the most modern lines. Production is accordingly efficient and precise. Materials management ensures the parts are available to Production on time. The machines are made up of numerous assembly groups, which allows Production a considerable amount of flexibility. Up to 10 machines are mass produced at the same time.

Commissioning

The Commissioning Department is situated at the end of the Assembly Department. The machines are fitted with appropriate electrics and then put to a 3 day self test. After three days of continuous operation, completion measurements are taken and a check is made of all moving parts. When the machine passes these tests, it can be shipped.
