Timed perforating

With the TK30, you are in a position to provide precise, timed perforations to produce brochures with partial perforations.  By using different perforating knives, various types of perforation can be offered.

3.5 cut x 1.5 tie

2.0 cut x 1.0 tie

1.0 cut x 1.0 tie

0.6 cut x 1.0 tie

Angled perforating

By using a second TK30 on the second folding unit, it is possible to perforate at an angle during the same operating cycle.

Timed cutting

The TK30 can also be used for cutting and timed cutting.  Special here: A true scissor cut is used for cutting, instead of cutting against a plastic shaft.
