Everywhere, the service is being restructured. Not enough people who want to do this job. Increasing demands due to new, complex technologies. Usually too many hours and too little compensation. Not surprisingly, many technicians are looking for other jobs. We are not immune to these developments either. But we have a plan. By expanding our capacities and using new technologies, the workload will reach a reasonable level. At the same time, some of the field service assignments will be replaced by support from within the plant. Your Tasks
- You install our machines and train our customers
- Analysis and elimination of mechanical and electronic malfunctions and defects
- You carry out maintenance on customer machines
- You support the development in testing new products
- Telephone support
- Remote diagnosis and maintenance
What characterizes you
- You have a completed technical education and corresponding professional experience
- You have an apprenticeship or corresponding additional qualifications in the electrical and electronic field
- You have a friendly and engaging appearance and are curious about technology, people and cultures
- You have good German and English skills

- University degree or training in the field of sales or in the commercial sector. Or corresponding work experience.
- Extensive computer skills: Office applications, experience with at least one CRM system
- Openness to social media applications
- Communication skills

- Openness and affinity for and to technical products
- Good English and fluent German skills
