Automatic Sheet Stacker
mitra - Automatic Sheet Stacker

With the Automatic Sheet Stacker mitra all kinds of single sheets, blanks, die cuts etc. can be stacked and buffered - up to 6 parallel streams of flat sheets (6 UPs).
The mobile delivery can be lined up with any production line for single sheets, dies, blanks etc. – even for multiple up production.
The mitra accepts shingle streams alternatively single sheet production. After spreading the streams the mitra counts the sheets and stacks them to perfect blocks. As well dies with individual shapes can be stacked perfectly.
By reaching the selected quantity, the stacks will be delivered into running direction.
Optionally, the product stream can also be separated by barcode recognition, a print mark or an external signal. Thus, for example, different book blocks can be separated - without interrupting production.
A large output table buffers the stacks. The stacks can be removed efficiently and easily from ergonomically favourable heights. As an option, the stacks can also be automatically transferred to a transport section in order to convey the stacks directly into an adhesive binder, for example.
The mitra offers the optimal solution for automated delivery on different production lines such as digital printing machines, cross cutters, die cutters, etc. even at high speeds!
