The delivery was specially developed for pre-folding in the pharmaceutical industry and, when used there, brings higher productivity and quality with lower personnel costs.
The operator receives nicely jogged stacks in a very precise edge-accurate quality. As a rule, the stacks are checked for quality by the operator, provided with top and bottom cardboard, usually banded twice, shrink-wrapped, then covered with a label and placed on pallets.
Companies working with the pharma-pro increased their net output by up to 100 %.
The most time-consuming operation in the production of pharmaceutical pre-folds is the jogging of the stacks. A high degree of skill is required from the operator, as the stacks usually consist of 250 or 500 folded products and have a very low grammage (38-50 gr). The pharma-pro reduces this effort to an absolute minimum.
