Founding of Krämer + Palamides GbR postpress folding company in Stuttgart.

Aldo and Stefano Palamides join the company.
One year later, the company headquarters move from
Stuttgart to Renningen.

Palamides Papierverarbeitung GmbH is a reliable partner for many
well-known printers in southern Germany.

First steps in development of automatic delivery
equipment by Stefano Palamides.

Presentation of a first prototype by the partner
MBO at DRUPA 1990. This starts  the cooperation with
MBO, who will market the machine worldwide.

Presentation of the BA66 automatic delivery with parcel lift
at the DRUPA 1995. First cooperation with partners
Baumann, MAN Roland & Steuber.

Cooperation with MBO to sell the BA700 in North America.
Extraordinary success selling 30 machines during Graph Expo
in Chicago.
Begin production of machines in a seperate production facility.
Hired first employees focused on the automated deliveries.

Der erste Messeauftritt auf der drupa2000 ist gleich ein
grandioser Erfolg für palamides. Ausgestellt wird die
erste Auslage BA700, entwickelt zur Verarbeitung von
CD Booklets (Signaturen) im Mehrfachnutzen.

Die Rotationsauslage beta, konzipiert für die rationelle
Verarbeitung von Selfmailer an Inline Finishing Linien,
ist die erste vollautomatische Auslage die unterschiedlichste
Formate in Höchstgeschwindigkeit verarbeitet.

The first trade fair appearance at DRUPA 2000 is
a great success for palamides. On display is the
first BA700 delivery, developed for the processing of
CD booklets (signatures) in multiple use.

The beta rotary delivery, designed for the efficient processing of
processing of self-mailers on inline finishing lines, is the first
fully automatic delivery processing a wide range of formats.

Development & launch of the delta automatic delivery
at DRUPA 2004. It is now possible to process a wide
range of  print formats with a good user friendly interface
& a noticeably better running performance.

Foundation of palamides USA Inc.in New Jersey,
to provide technical support for the machines  sold in the USA.

2008 Relocation to Dittrich, Illinois. palamides USA is a successful and reliable partner
in the field of service and maintenance for automatic delivery machines,
banding tape and other supplies.

palamides organized the "Ideenschmiede" or Think Tank with
partners MBO, H+H, Ehret & Bograma.

The event highlighted innovative ideas and developments.
Visitors from all over the world got insights into the
the future of postpress processing and had hands-on
demonstrations of applications.

With 70 employees, palamides has its most succesful year to date.

The development department was established, new products launched and product lines were updated.

A new generation of deliveries - cara310 and sima216 - premiered at DRUPA 2012. Both deliveries streamline the mailing process in the inserting and mailing delivery areas.

With the smartliner240 adhesive perfect binder, palamides breaks completely
new markets. The smartflat technology gives books perfect flay laying behavior.

Launch & serial production of the alpha-pro.

Due to changing market requirements & growth the gamma  
of diitgal printing, the gamma was redesigned and goes into
serial production.

With the delta-pro, a new model of the delta series
enters serial production & replaces its predecessor.

It brings practical and contemporary innovations for more efficiency
& flexibility as well as increased ease of use.

The gamma is now available from Horizon GmbH in a version specially adapted to Horizon (gamma502ho).  In addition to some structural changes, the machine communication in particular was optimized: An additional interface is no longer required in conjunction with Horizon machines.

After years of development with customers and partners, the smartliner240 perfect binder is ready for serial production. The (renewed) market launch of the smartflat technology, which gives books a perfect impact behavior, begins.
